🌓 Yang (active) movement warms and energizes the body, helping to release built-up tension and reconnect with breath.
🌙 Yin (passive) postures invite you into stillness, allowing space for reflection, nervous system regulation, and emotional release.

Together, this balanced practice creates a safe and nurturing space to move, feel, and heal—mindfully and at your own pace.
